Kaitlin is a Senior Lawyer at Biztech Lawyers. She is an accomplished attorney with deep expertise in corporate and transactional law. Prior to joining Biztech Lawyers, she served as legal counsel at Strategic Value Partners, a global investment firm, where she advised on complex deal structuring and corporate governance.
Prior to SVP, Kaitlin was an associate at Gunderson Dettmer, representing venture capital funds and emerging companies in financings exceeding $2 billion. Earlier in her career at Mintz Levin, she counseled startups, growth companies, and public biotechs.
Kaitlin began her professional journey at Ernst & Young, providing regulatory and compliance insights to Fortune 100 clients. A graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and The George Washington University, Kaitlin combines legal precision with business acumen. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, innovation, and mentorship within the legal community.
Kaitlin lives in Westchester with her husband and two young kids. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
