Kaitlin is a Senior Lawyer at Biztech Lawyers with nearly a decade of experience across BigLaw, in-house, and advisory roles. She advises investors, founders, and growing companies on corporate and transactional matters, including financings, deal structuring, and corporate governance.
Kaitlin began her legal career at Ernst & Young, supporting Fortune 100 clients on regulatory and compliance matters, before moving into private practice at Mintz Levin, where she advised startups, growth-stage companies, and public biotechnology businesses. She later joined Gunderson Dettmer, representing venture capital funds and emerging companies in financings exceeding $2 billion.
Before joining Biztech Lawyers, Kaitlin also served as legal counsel at Strategic Value Partners, a global investment firm, where she advised on complex deal structuring and corporate governance. She holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
Based in Westchester, Kaitlin lives with her husband and two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family.

Working with colleagues and clients around the world has deepened my understanding of how local regulations and international business strategy come together. Every jurisdiction has its own way of solving problems — and I love how that mix turns collaboration into a learning experience that leads to more creative, well-rounded outcomes.
