Rashad’s prior experience includes being the Associate General Counsel for a regulated consumer goods company, a litigator at Sullivan & Cromwell where he represented large financial institutions under regulatory investigations, and prosecuting lender liability claims against financial institutions involved in ponzi schemes.

Additionally, as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US), Rashad has significant expertise providing counseling and representation related to privacy laws, including the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Act (GLBA), and Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM Act).
